My Captain D’s Rewards Terms & Conditions
The My Captain D’s Rewards Program is available at participating locations only. After enrolling in the program, when you identify their online services account at the time of purchase, you earn one point for every $1 spent. You cannot redeem points for cash. Captain D’s reserves the right to cancel points and change or discontinue the program at any time in whole or in part, including any terms, rules, features, benefits, rewards, conditions of participation, points accruing accumulation ratio, points redemption policy, points expiration policy, or any other aspect of the program at any time, with or without advance notice, even though changes may affect points and rewards already in your account.
Captain D’s makes its My Captain D’s Rewards Program available only in certain geographical areas. If you are located within one of those geographical areas, the Captain D’s app may display the program to you. My Captain D’s Rewards is only open to individuals who meet the age requirements for the online services. To join My Captain D’s Rewards, you must register for an online services account. When you use the online services outside of the geographical area of the program, neither the program nor any points you accumulated in the program will be available to you.
The program is only available as part of the use of Captain D’s online ordering services. You can earn points (1) by making a purchase using the Mobile Order & Pay Feature of the mobile app or (2) by ordering at order.captainds.com. If you do not order using one of those methods for your “qualifying purchase,” you will not earn any points for that purchase.
A “qualifying purchase” means using the online services to purchase eligible products from a participating Captain D’s restaurant. Qualifying purchases in which an active reward, mobile offer, or promotional offer is redeemed will accrue points, but you only will accrue points for U.S. dollars actually spent in the transaction. Further, the following do not constitute qualifying purchases and will not accrue points: (1) taxes, bag and bottle fees, and other surcharges or fees, and (2) purchases of Captain D’s physical and digital (eGift) cards.
You can check your points balances in your online services account at captainds.com or by using the Captain D’s app. Points that you earn may not always immediately post to your account. You have the responsibility to ensure points from your qualifying purchases are correct. In the event of any incorrectly calculated qualifying purchases, you must notify Captain D’s within six months after the qualifying purchase by emailing a copy of your receipt to captainds.com/contact-us/. Captain D’s has the sole discretion to determine points in your account and has no liability for any delay or failure to credit points accurately to your account.
You can exchange your points for rewards for free products on the Rewards Menu, which you then can use at participating restaurants. You must use the Captain D’s app or online services at order.captainds.com in order to exchange your points for rewards. When you redeem the reward for which you exchanged points, the program will deduct points permanently from your account and will not refund points to your account for any reason, even if cancel your order. You cannot exchange points for more than one reward at a time. When you redeem your reward for a product, you are obtaining that product directly from the participating restaurant, not from other members of the Captain D’s system. Captain D’s has the sole discretion to offer, change. and terminate the different ways to earn and redeem points.
Captain D’s has the discretion to invalidate or void points from your online services account or to suspend or terminate your account (both now and in the future) if Captain D’s believes you improperly obtained points, abused the program, or otherwise violated these terms. In that event, you will forfeit any points you have accumulated (including properly obtained points) and you will forfeit your right to earn points in the future. Captain D’s has the sole discretion to determine your compliance with these terms. Captain D’s determination is final.
Points do not constitute property and you have no vested right or interest in points. Points have no cash value. You cannot assign or transfer points between online services accounts or otherwise, and you cannot combine points across accounts, regardless of who registered the account.
All rewards offered via the program remain subject to availability. Some participating restaurants do not sell all products offered as rewards. Images of products and packaging of rewards serve as examples only and may differ from the product or packaging you actually receive from a participating restaurant.
