D’s Club has been renamed Captain D’s VIP Rewards. As a VIP Rewards member, you will still receive great offers, news, and deals that previous D’s Club members enjoyed. Members at some participating locations will also receive points toward free food for every dollar they spend.

We currently have gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and egg-free menu items, at all corporate locations. Please contact your local Captain D’s for specific menu options. To view this list online, click on Menu and then any of our categories where a link to the Nutritional Information will take you to Captain D’s Allergens and Sensitivities Chart.
VIP REWARDS FAQ
You can get a card at any participating Captain Ds restaurant and register your card online by going to our VIP Rewards page. If you don’t have a card, complete the registration form and we will send you a temporary membership number via email. The next time you visit one of our participating restaurants, bring in that email and a team member will give you a permanent card.
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the VIP Rewards Program.
Card registration is required to redeem rewards. It also allows you to use your phone number in place of a card for times when that is more convenient. Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in to our website. Registration also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. As a registered member, you can also elect to receive additional special offers and news via email.

Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded five points for each dollar spent on food and beverage purchases (some exclusions apply). When you hit 500 points a free entrée reward (value up to $7.00) is automatically placed on your card. These special rewards will have expiration dates and limitations that will be communicated in your confirmation email.
You don’t earn points for the following items:
- Purchase of gift cards*
*Points are awarded for menu purchasess made using a gift card as payment
- Charity donations
- Any rewards that are redeemed
Yes, you do! For registering your card online, we will credit you with 100 points and a free appetizer or dessert as a starting gift.
If you have registered your card, a team member will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number used to register the card. You will be able to redeem rewards and earn points for purchases made during that visit. You can also use your Captain Ds mobile app to receive points for your visit.
If you have lost your card simply visit your nearest participating Captain Ds location for a replacement. Tell our Team Member that you lost your card and need a replacement and the Team Member can issue a new one and transfer your points. It is important to note that this will only work if your card is registered so the Team Member can look it up via phone number.
You can also add any new card number to your account by logging in to our VIP Rewards website and clicking on the “+” sign under “Summary of Accounts”.
We encourage every guest over the age of 18 to have their own account, however, if you wish to share an account between members of an immediate household, you can merge the accounts by adding card numbers to the account you wish to use as your main account.

Yes! You will receive points for every dine-in, drive-thru, and carry out order.
Please show your card or provide your telephone number (that has been registered) so that the team member can look up your account.
Points will not expire. Any reward and free food items* will expire 14-30 days after the date they were earned.
The points earned and points balance are printed on your purchase receipt.
You can also go to our VIP Rewards page and select “Login” and enter your username and password. Once logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link.
You may also ask a team member in the restaurant to check the balance on your card for you any time.

When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
Both can be found on the back of your Captain Ds VIP Rewards Card. The card number is the 16-digit number.
If you have registered and created a login on our VIP Rewards website, you can see your card number(s) under “Summary of Accounts”.
The Captain D’s VIP Rewards Program is available ONLY at participating restaurants. Points are awarded only on purchases made at participating restaurants when your rewards card is provided at the time of the transaction.
