I eat at the Captain D's in a small town, Union City, TN. The staff is always so friendly, and the manager (Mitzi) always greets me with her cheerful way. What more can you ask for... Great food, great prices, and service with a smile.

Love you food, have been eating it for over 20yrs.Only problem is I have moved to Daphne Al. and you have no store here. Closest stores are in Mobile or Pensacola. Please put one here we would love it.

I haven't been to a captain d's in about 4 years. But i went to this store and the food was just great.I loved new shrimp dippers . And the store was so clean. The manager { Johnny Liles }came out and was talking to all of the guest. I will be back because I felt just like i was at home with family I ate and was able to watch tv. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB. And to anyone who is going up or down I-95 in Lumberton NC you must stop by. You will feel just like you are apart of the family.

Love your food! The fried clams are the best and my food is always hot like they cooked it just for me! My husband and I love your sweet tea and buy the gallon jug frequently. Thanks for a great and inexpensive meal!

I eat at the Dunn Ave location of Captain D's at least once a week. Wendy, Crystal, Keisha & their manager Bill always do their best to take care of me. They call me by name and make me feel like my business is appreciated. The food is always great and the restaurant is clean. Good customer service is hard to find. I will continue to be a customer there as long as I continue to get the exceptional service and great food.

I used to try and order the salmon at (cease and desist). Everytime, they would take my order, and come back 15 minutes later saying that they were out, and would I like anything else? Well, yes, I would like the salmon, now, with the rest of my party's orders. I now go to Capt. D's for the salmon dinner. It is hot, fresh, cooked just right and about 1/3 of the price. Keep up the good work!

I have been eating Captain D's Seafood since it was Mr. D's Seafood. I even remember the contest when the new name, "Captain D's Seafood" was picked. How many of you can make that claim? Has always been as good or better seafood than any other. And, the worlds best hush puppies. Who remembers the Tuesday night $.99 Fish & Chips special??? Thats right, three pieces of fish, fries and two hush puppies for ninety-nine cents.

i've always been a "picky" eater and fast food was simply out the questions. however, i was truly starving and only had 30min for lunch and captain d's was only 10min away. i said what the heck and tried the country fried fish and now im there 3 days a week.

I love clam chowder but have never found a good product out in a restaurant that could match anything made at home. I should say...until now. I tried the clam chowder on special and have been back several times over the past 2 weeks to get more. This will keep me coming back. thanks Captain D's for the excellent product!

I love Captain D's, but I have to drive 30 or 45 min. to get to one. We have a Long John Silver's in Cornelia, but it's not good. Sure wish you could put a Captain D's in Cornelia, Ga. Just a suggestion!!!

It breaks my heart that there isn't a Captain D's (or a Shoney's) in Austin. I grew up in Nashville Tennessee and every Friday my Dad would go to the bank on Murfreesboro Road and give me my allowence and I'd go to the JP Brown drug store to buy the week's new comics and then walk over to Captain D's to meet him and we'd take dinner home. I always found the place so comforting and I miss it. Great food! Hopefully someday I'll get back to Nashville or you ugys will get to Austin.

My whole family loves to eat at your restaurant. We have to drive over an hour to your restaurant.Could you possibly see about putting one in Roanoke,Va. The closest one is in Lynchburg,Va.

Captain D's in Somerset is the Best place in Somerset to eat. You can always count on getting good food there. The prices are reasonable and the employees are great. We love eating there.

I worked the census. Had to eat on the run. The people at your Briehl Blvd, store are fabulous. I ate so much fish (7 days a week) When I drove over a bridge I wanted to dive in. I used to live in Richmond, Ky. and when I wore my red suit they always said, "Santa eats free". Have to run they are giving a free fish and fries when you buy a $20 gift card. Don't want to miss that.

Ive always loved eating at Captain D's for many years now, the food has always been excellent. You're my ONLY choice for seafood eating out. I have only 1 question/complaint...why did you take away the 'all you can eat fish dinner' every Sunday ? My dad and I had a routine every Sunday, and I miss that.

Unfortunately the only Captain D's in our area closed. I don't understand that. I love your fish especially country style fried fish. My wife enjoys the shrimp and fish. I have to drive to Marietta, Ga. to eat at Captain D'S. I also love the catfish. We never go to Red Lobster or L John Silver. The food at Capt. D/s is great and most employees make you welcome. Great Menu.

There are some truly great catfish houses around Meridian MS but none match Captain D's in Meridian. Everything else is good, but when out-of-town friends come to visit I take them to Captain D's for great catfish. Broccolli & fried green tomatoes are also exceptional.

I attend Captain D's in Hueytown, AL at lease 2 times a week. The food is always fresh and its such a friendly enviroment. The staff are always such caring people and so much help. My food temperature is always hot and fresh. I love the hush puppies they serve, and the green beans are delecious. It's such a clean place everytime I visit. I have to say Captain D's in Hueytown, AL is my favorite because of the positive affect it has on me and my famiy. Job well done.

I started dating a guy I meet at Captain D,s. He was just a customer like myself. We would eat lunch there 3 or 4 times a week.Due to the great food and price. His schedule at work has changed, so I don't get to go that often now. But I do still have to make a weekly visit. the food is so fresh it's addicting I do believe. Everyone that works there makes you feel like a good friend and it's a pleasure to see you.

I have seven-year old picky eater. Last Wednesday frustrated and couldn't think of what to fix for dinner, I noticed coupons in my mail I'd picked up. I just pulled in and told him you'll eat it or starve. HAHAAHH Tough Love is unconditional. Well not only did he scarve down a kids fish and fries, but he also ate a popcorn shrimp dinner with fries and corn, and the hush puppies were history in less than three minutes. He loved it and the coupons were awesomely helpful! Thank you Captain D's for being so delicious.

I havent been to Captain D's in years but went this year for Lent. I forgot how much better your food is versus LJ Silvers. Your fish is always freshly fried and the batter is heavenly. I even have a side of cracklins with every order! The hush puppies are worlds apart from the competition, slightly sweet to the taste adnd delicious. I wish you had more locations in Fort Worth because its a bit of a drive, but when I think fish I think Captain D's and make the trip. I hope you are around forever because Id go crazy without my fish and hush puppies!

I have to say that my week just isn't complete until I have my favorite fish sandwich at Captain D's every friday. It is always hot and delicious. Not like the square, minced fish pattie that all the other fast food restuarants have passed off as "real fish" for years. I have to admit that I was one of those who "settled" for the mediocre, bland, cheese coated, and tarter sauce bathed sandwiches for years. Thank goodness for Captain D's. The batter coating has got to be the most delicious I have ever tasted. It is always crisp on the outside and light, flaky and juicy on the inside. I just can't say enough about the love affair I have with Captain D's fish. And if you happen to get lucky enough to catch the "stuffed shrimp" they sometimes offer, by all means try it. It puts Red Lobster to shame!

Coming back from Savannah to Lady Lake, in Florida, we stopped at a Captain D's in the town of Stark, Florida. The grounds outside of the restaurant were so well groomed, the staff was very friendly and eager to be of any help as we ate our wonderful, tasty meal. The restaurant sparkling as were the restrooms. We sure will stop there again, in Stark, Florida, as we travel to and from Savannah. Wish we had a Captain D's, here, in The Villages! Lots of places to eat, but nothing like a Captain D's.

As a transplant from Tennessee to Iowa, I am in dire need of a Captain D's fix. We are surrounded by Long John Silvers that don't come close to the quality or selection of Captain D's. Your closest store is in St. Joseph's MO which is about two hours away. Please consider putting a store in or around Des Moines, Iowa as I don't know how mush longer I can hang on!

Thank you so much for your Mother's Day treat yesterday. The best Captain D's is on the corner of Turner Rd. and Midlothian Turnpike in Riohmond, VA. The food is always delicious and hot. They are accommodating - I like broiled and blackened fish instead of fried. Always, I can substitute fries with a nice salad with yummy low-cal dressing. The people who work there are great. Keep up the good work!!!

I just wanted to let you all know what a great experience I had. From a visit I had at another of your restaurants a few years ago, I vowed that I would never go back to one, as at that time & place, everything was terrible. My visit yesterday COMPLETELY changed my mind. I typically do not eat "fast food", but I kept hearing the commercials on 104.5 The Zone, and decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, the experience was beyond what I expected. You just don't get that kind of experience at a "fast food" place. I was greeted by multiple "Hello's" & "Welcome to Captain D's". And not only myself. EVERYONE that walked in the door was greeted the same way. The counter woman Tonya, was so friendly, which is a great way to start. The place was absolutely SPOTLESS!!!! I also couldn't believe that I could watch ESPN on a flat screen TV either!!! That was awesome!!! This may sound ridiculous, but the place was nice & cool as well, which made the experience that much better! Throughout my meal, 2 woman (I can't remember their names. Sorry!) came by and checked on how everything was, how the food was etc. And again, not only to me, but to everyone. The best part of that, was that they genuinely cared about how things were! The meal was fresh & hot, and was very good!!! Everyone that walked out the door received "Thank You’s", "Have a great day", "Come back to see us" etc!!! You just don't get that in places anymore, regardless of the types of restaurants you are in. Everyone there should be commended for the experience I had, and would bet that the other people there at the same time I was, had as well. Needless to say, I will definitely visit that location again!!! Thank you for your time!

Thank you for the free Birthday dinner. I had the Seasoned Tilapia dinner it was excellent, they even gave me pie. Yummie. Red Lobster never gave me a free dinner or pie on my birthday, but Captain D's always greets me hello and wishes me a good day when I leave. I never have to wait long to get my food. My food is always hot and your tea is the best in town they even come to my table to serve more, your menu is outstanding something there for everyone and at affordable prices.

My boyfriend and I visited a Captain D's in Columbia, SC recently while in town visiting family. We asked to sit at the retaurant's 'fancy table' and the manager, Jim Lightner, happily sat us and even took our photo! We bought a gift card for a family member and enjoyed the free fish and chips that came with it!

I agree about the Senior Specials. We so look forward to Sundays at our Villa Rica Captain D.s......such wonderful staff, and a terrific atmosphere...Country Style with Corn, Okra and Breadstick is a highlight of my nutritional week......best wishes

I have been going to Captain D's here in Bainbridge for years. And It's always the same great taste. I get the fish value meal. And I switch sides around so it's something different. I love the sides and the variety to choose from. The staff is always friendly and polite. One reason I keep going back for more and more. After all captain D's is the best catch in town.

Thanks for the great service that you provide to our aging population in Henderson! Captain D's gives such great deals and discounts to senior citizens! My ederly Mother and I share "Mother-Daughter Day" at Captain D's weekly and we enjoy the great food and wonderful service. Best of all we get a chance to just sit, talk and enjoy each others company.(There are no annoying waiters rushing us to clear the table-like other higher priced places I know!)

I have been eating at Captain D's since I was old enough to eat it. My family and I made it our Saturday night ritual. To this day, I continue to eat at Captain D's. The food is absolutely amazing! It is always hot and fresh when I get it. I also get to choose where I sit instead of having some hostess sit me next to another crowded family. I like to have choices and Captain D's allows that from their seating to the food to the prices! The people are always friendly. No lines either like there are at Red Lobster. Not to mention, I can get all the tarter I want!!

We love the low prices & the great tasting food at Captain D's--especially their great tasting hush puppies. We seniors need our fish each week. Thanks to Captain D's Senior Days on Wed & Sunday we can enjoy a good fish meal for economical price. In this day & time with the downturned economy, we need to hold on to our cash as much as we can. Captain D's allows us to do this by providing a wide variety of meals & very economical prices. We eat there often.
