Please stop whining about a little competition in the business world and meet your challengers

Stop serving food that tastes the same as Captain D's for 3 times the cost

Stop having 60 minute waits for food that takes a quarter of that time to make

Cease hating on Cap'n D's. At Cap'n D's we can get a full dinner for the price of a kid's meal at your establishment. (And the food's better.) You probably eat at Cap'n D's on your lunch. It's ok...we seafood lovers understand.

Cease keeping Larry, the condemned to death lobster, out front for all to see. I don't need anymore guilt in my life.

Cease giving us portions that wouldn't fill up my 3 year old niece. We like to eat more than we like our food to be pretty.

As a new Captain D's employee, I can honestly say first hand that customer satisfaction and care is at the top of our menu. While Red Lobster's customers are still waiting in line, our guests are already picking out a seat so they can enjoy their fresh, delicious meals. Again, while your waiters come off as snarky and pompous as they force out their canned and rehearsed conversations with customers just so they can squeeze out a higher tip, the first lesson I learned at Captain D's was to be genuine and sincere...At no extra cost! In return, we have great guests that love the help and friendly-ness we provide for them the moment they come through the door to the second they leave.

Please do a better job with making the distinction between the dining room and the kitchen. I can not take the smell of fish so stagnant and pungent while eating! GAGG!!

Charging people a ungodly price for the same food we could get at Captain D's for 1/10 the price. Like your 29.99 shrip meal. I would rather have great food at a good price and not have the staff feel burdand for having to serve myself as we have had in the Red Lobster in springfield. as they were ready to close and we wanted to eat.. never has Captain D's given us that type of service or that price.

who are you to tell another company to stop there practices. I demand you drop you prices to a resonable amount and not make so much off honest hard working seafood lovers everywhere.

I demand you not be so scared of captain d's and just because they have a better product for america.

claiming to be THE restaurant for the 'seafood lover'. True seafood lovers EXPECT VALUE and GREAT TASTE.

Stop with the linen napkins, full service bar, AND the lobster races in the kitchen.

Maintaining large buildings and expensive wait staff instead of on offering the most delicious seafood available as Captain D's does at much, much lower prices;

Paying to make and broadcast fancy TV commericals that you pay for by charging a whole lot more for seafood than Captain D's does;

Offering an always-changing menu of fancified seafood dishes when all real seafood-lovers want is delicious favorites at a good price, served hot and fast by the very nicest people in the restaurant business!

Harrassing Captain D's for exercising their Freedom of Speech!!

Charging excessing prices...especially in today's economy...for seafood meals!!

Attempting to stifle "Free Enterprise" !!

Artistically displaying negative space on my plate. Fill up the plate! I payed for food not minimalism.

Strategically bringing our table just enough biscuits so that 2 of us have to split 1.

Waiters/waitresses that try to look cool by carrying a huge pile of dirty dishes and cups one handed, when it will just eventually end up in my lap.

Putting the lobster tanks in the waiting area so that my children enjoy looking at the "funny fish-things" in your tanks only to cry when they find out they are boiled alive. It kind of makes me cringe too.

Handing me the little "buzzing" disk that is supposed to light up and buzz when it tells me you are ready for me to stand up and follow the "host person" to my table. I'm sitting right here!!

Telling Capt. D's that they have to stop making it obvious what an expensive deal you really are. People have a right to know!

Quit saying "for the seafood lover in you"! IN me?? As though I'm a cannibal who dines on seafood restaurant patrons and then proceeds to your establishment like some sort of nautical Hannibal Lecter? I'll go to Captain D's and have seafood for ME, thank you very much.

The all you can eat soup and salad. I go out to eat food, not what food eats. Furthermore, I would rather eat a protion of good clam chowder that a full trough of average clam chowder.

The 2' tall pepper dispenser, with the wait staff doling out pepper. I am well qualified to season my own meal, thank you.

The never ending bread. I want food, not filler.

Cease having me stand in your lobby for my table for twenty minutes and then wait another twenty minutes for my order to be taken after I am seated.

Cease not allowing me substitute the way Captain D's allows me to do so that I have my meal the way I want it.

Cease ignoring me once my order is brought to the table in fear that I will complain that it is cold after waiting another thirty minutes for my meal to be delivered to my table.

Giving small portions of blandly flavored food for twice the price of food Capt'n D's offers.

Not offering a "Double Booth" which satires visually the expensive seafood chains.

Making customers wait for long un-predetermined amounts of time for seating then followed by more periods of un-predetermined amounts of time for service, drinks, food, refills, and the pricey check.

C'mon now RL, you got to cease & desist. By the time we pay our bill you know your bank roll's been kissed.

The kids stay home with Grandpa 'cause our billfold's too flat. So we head on out to D's where food is good and all that.

Now keep your ears wide open and don't give us no lip. We get a full course meal for what you charge us as a tip!

Charging more and offering less than Cpt D's.

Staying "inside the box" with your rigid dining processes.

Ignoring the public's desire for "Kodak quality, Walmart pricing, and Fedex delivery".

Captain D's serves the kind of fish I like and it is akways cooked just right. The bread is very good which you can always order as a 'side'. The hush puppies come with the meal and they are excellent.

The quality is excellent, the quanity is just right, the variety is right-from fish to shrimp.

I seldom have to wait and they give me what is ready so I can start my meal and they will bring the rest when it is ready. The whole place is clean, rest rooms and eating area. As are the courtius 'mates'.Needles to say,the price is the only thing un-believeable! PS,all my mistakes have been corrected with a smile and ne question asked.

Not only are Captain D's prices lower than Red Lobster's, but Captain D's sends more coupons than the higher priced folks. Not only that, Captain D's usually will honor even expired coupons -- just try that at Red Lobster -- when you do get one of their infrequent coupons!

We do not have to wait for a waiter to bring more napkins when we eat a Captain D's. A great supply is readily available at the table via the roll of paper towels!

Hey Red Lobster -- have you considered GIVING AWAY a dish of the delicious "cracklins" like Captain D's? Strike that suggestion -- you would want to charge for them.

Please Cease & Desist the practice of over charging a family of the pleasure to share a Great fish dinner. Our Family now goes to Captain D's for a Fabulous Lunch or Dinner at a price we can afford. We are believers in the Quality of Captain D's.

HIGH PRICES! Never a problem at the D. Even better prices for my senior friends.

SLOW SERVICE. Unheard of at my local Capt. D's. Sit down, enjoy your beverage, and before you know it you're enjoying HOT, FRESH SEAFOOD.

BAD ATTITUDES & LONG WAITS TO EAT! A friendly "hello" and quick service is standard fare at Capt D's.

Gathering around my table and singing "Happy Birthday" off-key. If it was a real happy birthday, I would be enjoying my free meal at Captain D's instead of purchasing my own little cake and being embarrassed in front of the whole restaurant.

Pushing alcoholic beverages on my family and me with alcohol featured coasters and flip-folder advertisements and a lengthy alcoholic menu.

Telling me what the "Fresh Catch of the Day" is on a fancy black pad when it was the same "Catch" yesterday and last week and last month.

Please stop telling me that the wait is only "a few minutes" when I'm pretty sure all those people lined up outside the door were here before me.

And speaking of those people outside the door, why don't you have a bigger waiting area? Please stop cramming all of us in that little spot in front of the hostess station. I'm starting to feel like one of those lobsters in the crowded tank!!!

My wallet bursts into tears when I pull into your parking lot. Please stop charging so much for seafood.

At Captain D'S they appreciate us senior citizens ,by giving us specials of ten choices of meals LESS than $5.00 and that even includes a drink. Can Red Lobster meet a deal like that? We look forward to Wednesday and Sundays when we can get those great priced meals. The variety of lower priced meals at Captain D'S is great and with a limited budget I challenge Red Lobster to even come close to matching those meals. We also enjoy the wide range of sides that you can get. Can Red Lobster offer that many choices? What do you say, Captain D's win this contest hands down!

Please quit advertising such delicious and tantalizing entrees and delivering dull and uneventful meals.

Please quit having me wait in the parking lot because there isn’t enough room in the lobby to hold all the people that are waiting in line to get their buzzers that tell them when it’s time to be seated hours later. By the way, Thanks Captain D's for my Birthday Dinner !

Please don’t offer me a rain check for another meal when I’ll have to wait in line again because the seating was not available when I wanted to eat and not when you said it would be available. Rain check ? It wasn’t even raining this time.

Serving that baloney and start severing some real seafood like Captain D's at prices that are fair.

Being such a shark in these troubled economic times. Help us little fish out here by lowering prices like Captain D's.

And finally, we're fed up with that gosh-awful waiting room with the sneezing kids and grouchy people-on-hold-with-bellies-rumbling. A person could die of hunger waiting to get a seat!

Long wait time for food, teach those waiters to cook. Give the customers buzzers to be notified when there food is ready. Then the customers can pickup there food up at the counter.

Wait staff not needed anymore. Please install drink refill stations that allow customers to get their own drinks.

Actually nevermind this letter. I can get all of this at Captain D's for less money anyway.
