D'S CLUB FAQ
To join our D’s Club, visit our website www.captainds.com/d-club-and-deals. Please note that if your favorite restaurant is not listed, they do not participate in the D’s Club. Offers are for participating restaurants only.
To ensure delivery of our D’s Club emails, please add email@example.com to your address book. We also recommend that you periodically check your Spam or Junk Mail folders to be sure our messages aren’t being filtered there instead of your inbox.

NUTRITION & ALLERGEN FAQ
We currently have gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and egg-free menu items, at all corporate locations. Please contact your local Captain D’s for specific menu options. To view this list online, click on Menu and then any of our categories where a link to the Nutritional Information will take you to Captain D’s Allergens and Sensitivities Chart.
On the bottom of your guest receipt, we randomly offer guests the option to take a brief online survey to tell us how we are doing. If you received an invitation, visit the website www.reviewcaptainds.com where you will be prompted to enter the access code on your receipt. Once the survey has been completed, you will receive an email for a one-piece fish & fries within 48 hours.
If you have a problem taking our online guest survey or you didn’t receive your email for a one-piece fish and fries, please contact email@example.com.
You can get a card at any participating Captain Ds restaurant and register your card online by going to https://captainds.myguestaccount.com/guest. If you don’t have a card, complete the registration form and we will send you a temporary membership number via email. The next time you visit one of our restaurants, bring in that email and a team member will give you a permanent card.
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Rewards Program.
Registration allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance, simply by logging in. It also allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen. As a registered member, you can also elect to receive special offers and promotions via email. Card registration is required to redeem rewards.
Every time you make a purchase, you are awarded five points for each dollar spent on food and beverage purchases (some exclusions apply). When you hit 500 points a free entrée reward (value up to $7.00) is automatically placed on your card. These special rewards will have expiration dates and limitations that will be communicated in your confirmation email.
You don’t earn points for the following items:
- Purchase of gift cards*
*Points are awarded for menu purchasess made using a gift card as payment
- Charity donations
- Items paid for with your rewards points
Yes, you do! For registering your card online, we will credit you with 100 points as a starting gift.
If you have registered your card, a team member will be able to look up your rewards account by the phone number used to register the card. You will be able to redeem rewards and earn points for purchases made during that visit. You will also be able to use your Captain Ds mobile app to register your visit.
If you have lost your card simply visit your nearest participating Captain Ds location for a replacement. Tell our Team Member that you lost your card and need a replacement and the Team Member can issue a new one and transfer your points. It is important to note that this will only work if your card is registered so the Team Member can look it up via phone number.
Yes. Please show your card or provide your telephone number (that has been registered) so that the team member can look up your account.
Points will not expire. Any reward and free food items* will expire 60-90 days after the date they were earned.
The points earned and points balance are printed on your purchase receipt.
You may go online to https://captainds.myguestaccount.com/guest. Select Login and enter your user name and password. Once logged in, you can check your account balance by selecting the “Account Balance” link. Alternatively, you may ask a team member in the restaurant to check the balance on your card for you.

When you input the card number, do not include any spaces. If you are still having difficulty, please contact email@example.com and a team member will be able to assist you.
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number and name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
Both can be found on the back of your Captain Ds VIP Rewards Card. The card number is the 16-digit number.
We use this information to send you information on exciting offers and promotions. We also use it to send updates on changes to the program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your phone number is necessary to look up your account in case you leave your card at home. Please note that we will never share your information with a third party, except when necessary for specific services such as a sweepstakes entry.
The Captain D’s VIP Rewards Program is available ONLY at participating restaurants. Points are awarded only on purchases made at participating restaurants when your rewards card is provided at the time of transaction. Rewards cards are only issued and accepted at participating stores.
